So this time I'm going to discuss about single dish. What is a single dish? A single dish, or people also calls too one dish a meal, if you shown in the dictionary, means one plate; One dish; Single course, only dish.

In accordance with its name presentation of this dish only on one plate but with adequate servings and nutritional content, the single dish we often encounter is Fried rice, pasta, gravy, pizza, sandwich, and burger. This time mimin will discuss sandwiches and burgers according to what I'm is practicing at my college. So check it out!

But before that I'll tell you how to preparation me and my team before making this single dish. Me and the team made this single dish on Tuesday with 22 servings, 10 servings for burgers and 12 portions for sandwiches. So on Monday my friends and I made toast bread and burger bun (bread burgers), my other friends also did prepared for their sandwiches and for burgers too, their preparing lettuce, gherkin, tomato, cucumber and chicken breast that had been in blanch first.

The next day my team and I were sharing assignments to prepare burgers and sandwiches. I personally served to slice the Gherkin, Cucumber and Tomato. My friend is made a mayonaise for the Cocktail Sauce with the help of my lecturer there is my another friend also a swards of chicken breasts and there are also those grill the burgers patty.

The concept of presentation of our single dish is like selling fast food customers come the burgers or sandwiches in prepare and in the presence. This is a very waw experience for me because the lecturers over seen me and the team work and also gives pressure, but instead of depressed me personally enjoys it and if given another chance, I would like to feel the sensation once again :v.

Maybe that's enough of my story, now I'm going to explain the burgers and sandwiches.

1. Burger

The name hamburger itself comes not from "ham" or bacon in English, but from the name of the city of Hamburg in the German state that the meat in the burger came from.
