Tori No Tsumire Jiru & Ingen No Goma-ae (Rotation II.4)

  Hi, Hello, Annyeong...

Nice to see you!!

How is today? Tired? Keep the spirit Okay..

This time I will discuss about Tori No Tsumire Jiru & Ingen No Goma-ae, this is Japanese food that is not as popular as sushi and his friends but don't doubt the taste because the taste is not inferior to other Japanese food.

The process of making these two dishes is also quite simple, because Tori No Tsumire Jiru is similar to chicken meatballs and Ingen No Goma-ae is green beans cooked with sesame seeds.

In order not to get dizzy, I will separate the explanations of the two dishes. So let's go!

Tori No Tsumire Jiru

There is no definite source regarding the history of this food, but if you want to know what tori no tsumire jiru is, it is chicken meatballs served with carrot and radish with a Japanese special sauce or Dashi. This food is like clear soup on the continental menu.

Ingen No Goma-ae

Goma-ae (胡麻和え), sometimes also spelled Gomaae or Gomae is a Japanese side dish. It is made with vegetables and sesame dressing ( goma means sesame and ae means sauce in Japanese). One of the most common versions, often found in Japanese restaurants in the West, is served as a spinach salad, mixed with sesame sake sauce or miso paste and topped with sesame seeds. Often sugar and soy sauce are also used.

Ingen No Goma-ae itself is a type of salad whose main ingredient is green beans or buncis mixed with toasted sesame or sesame seeds.

That's all from me, I hope it's useful, thank you for your time and see you again. Annyeong!!
